Raise your hand if you are happy it’s Friday!
This morning I wanted to share a quick recipe for Christmas crack. My mom makes this all the time around the holidays, and while I’m not sure if it is actually called Christmas crack, I am naming it that since it is seriously addicting. Bonus: it is seriously easy too and doesn’t require any fancy prep work!
Ingredients you will need:
Golden Grahams cereal
Mixed nuts (I just bought a mix from the store, but you can use any nut you like)
White chocolate chips (I used two 225g bags)
How to make it:
Melt your white chocolate either in the microwave or a double boiler.
Mix all the other ingredients into a bowl.
Once white chocolate is melted and smooth, pour over the cereal, cranberries & nuts and mix well until everything is combined.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper & spread the mix onto the baking sheet. Let it sit overnight so it can harden up, then break into pieces.
Voila! Christmas crack ; ) Hope you love it as much as I do! You can totally customize this to your liking as well, or add things like candy cane pieces/peppermint chunks for an extra festive flare.
