Good morning everyone!
Happy Tuesday : ) I hope you are having a great morning so far, and I am here to sweeten your morning with a little discount on virtual yoga sessions. Before I get to that, I want to introduce to you my blogging friend, Caitlin Pickett.
I met Caitlin through the blogging world, and on Saturday last weekend I had my first virtual yoga session with her. That’s right. I didn’t even have to leave the comfort of my home to get my OMM on. While I did change out of the comfort of my pajamas, it was a low stress and convenient want to get my yoga on. No studios, no fancy gear required – just me, myself, and my yoga mat.
In November 2016 Caitlin finished an intensive 200 hour yoga teacher training in Bali, Indonesia. We got to chatting about her experience there and she said it was amazing & that she would highly recommend the experience to anyone who is interested. It is definitely something that I personally would love to do, but for now I will do my virtual yoga sessions until I get more vacation time next year ; )
Yoga is an excellent way to reduce stress, anxiety, and get your body moving in a gentle way. You do not have to be an expert or a yoga guru to participate, and that is what I loved about my class with Caitlin. I told her that I am training for my first full marathon, and she customized my yoga practice. She shows you how to do the pose, then guides you through your yoga sequence. It was fantastic! We focused lots on the legs and hips, and I felt refreshed afterwards.
I know you guys will love it as much as I did. Happy yoga-ing!
